Experience - We are residential construction professionals. We build homes and provide interior and exterior remodeling services.

Many remodeling contractors are journeymen that learn as they upgrade to larger projects. Sometimes the homeowner pays for the journeyman's on-job education.

Stone Aspen is different. We already have the education. Besides remodeling, we build custom homes, averaging more than 4,000 finished square feet, with construction costs starting at $400,000, but averaging closer to $750,000. We already have the project management experience to deliver exceptional design, craftsmanship, and value...based on your vision.

We are licensed in all areas where we perform work and we are fully insured.

Design - Stone Aspen is here to assist in every step of your project, including design. Depending on the scope of your remodel, we might suggest allowing Stone Aspen to do the design work in-house or we might suggest allowing one of our preferred architects to assist with the design. Either way, you can be sure that Stone Aspen will guide the project with your vision and budget in mind.

Compensation - It is vitally important to us that we earn your trust. As much as we value our projects, we value the relationships we develop with our homeowners even more.

Our remodeling homeowners typically have a fixed, maximum budget in mind for their project, and want to know "exactly" what the remodeling project will cost. Since the majority of remodeling homeowners request a fixed price, we offer a Fixed Price service.

We are flexible to your needs. If you like the services we offer to our new construction home owners, we can meet your needs with our Open Book Accounting Policy and a Cost Plus "Percentage" service.

Green Remodeling Solutions - For our homeowners that are concerned about environmentally safe products and materials used in their remodeling project, we will work with you to include materials that are energy efficient and/or environmentally friendly.

Budgets & Scheduling - Before your remodel project drawings are finalized, Stone Aspen will prepare for you estimated cost studies to ensure your investment is aligned with your overall vision.

You will be able to follow along with our innovative purchasing and scheduling system which ensures that all elements, materials, finishes and details of your remodel are met on-time and on-budget.

Every budget has a contingency factor built-in to minimize any costs associated with unforeseen challenges.

Care & Guidance - As we work together on your project, Stone Aspen is dedicated to making sure that your vision is progressing as planned - from design to warranty, and beyond. We have extremely high design & construction standards, and we take it very seriously that those standards are being met, including protecting your home.

When you decide that Stone Aspen is the preferred remodeling contractor for your project, we assign one of our project leaders to go on-site with you to ensure that our standards are being met, all your questions have been answered, all of your concerns have been taken care of and all your expectations are being realized.

Before design, we prepare a pre-design checklist to gather relevant information on how your home, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plumbing systems were constructed. This forces us to think through potential unforeseen challenges that could occur during design and construction. Thus, saving your time, money and resources.

Quality Assurance  - Stone Aspen adheres to rigorous procedures and evaluations to ensure our craftsmanship standards are being met.

These Quality Procedures and Evaluations include:
1. We conduct a pre-design inspection to help us determine how your home was built. We minimize unforeseen construction challenges.
2. If applicable, a Certified Engineer will design the project structurally from top to bottom.
3. We conduct detailed “in-house” inspections to scrutinize all phases of our craftsmanship.
4. We protect any room or item that could be affected during construction.
5. We clean each day.
6. Prior to our "final walk-through,” we check for 100% completeness in every detail.
7. At "final walk-through" we perform a zero-defect closing of the project with you.
8. Warranty - we'll stand behind our work.
