Our Leaders
David Putnam - Owner / Operations
David has been building fine homes in Colorado for over 30 years. David started in the home building business in 1978 and managed the successful development of many large projects of single-family homes through the mid 1980’s. In 1989 David joined a successful semi-custom homebuilder as Vice President of Construction. During that time, he took on the responsibility of overseeing construction for the entire company and personally managed the successful completion of a home in the Castle Pines Village Parade of Homes. In 1997 he started developing luxury homes in prestigious communities throughout the Front Range of Colorado. He has never looked back. At Stone Aspen, David is responsible for Project Management, Planning & Architecture, Best Construction Practices, Safety Controls and Quality Adherence.

Brian Putnam – Owner / Business Development
Brian received his degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland. After Graduation, Brian entered the fast expanding technology industry and started a successful telecom consulting company, which focused on cost and proposal management for medium sized Colorado companies. After his successful venture in telecom, he joined David to start Stone Aspen. In 2004, he earned his Real Estate Broker’s License to acquire premier home sites throughout the Front Range. At Stone Aspen, Brian is responsible for Project Management, Estimating & Budgeting, Marketing, Real Estate & Planning, Strategy and Business Processes.

Pam Putnam – VP Project Coordination
Pam worked for 29 years in the Finance Department of Samsonite Corporation. When Samsonite closed their doors in Denver, Stone Aspen was thrilled at the opportunity to have Pam join the family team. Pam brings her experience in finance and organization to Stone Aspen, but more importantly she brings her caring and generous personality. At Stone Aspen, Pam is responsible for Project Coordination, Client Relationships, Office Controls and Accounting.
