We establish our fees upfront.  Now we can focus on your inspiration, not on our compensation.

Our goal is to build your home, the way you want it, within budget, to your standards and specifications, utilizing our craftsmanship, service and delivery systems. Our fees are based on our management time, overhead, and performance, not the cost of materials and labor to build your home. We prefer this method to the traditional Fixed Price Agreements and Cost Plus Agreements.

Your Benefits (Win)

1. Stone Aspen will focus on your vision, not our compensation.

2. Stone Aspen’s compensation is paid, over the life of the project, based on our management time and performance.

3. You pay for the actual cost of the home with no mark-ups prior to change orders.

4. Stone Aspen has a preferred network of vendors that offer competitive pricing.  By using these Trade Partners, we can pass on the savings to you.

5. Although we have preferred vendors, they may not always offer a product that is part of your vision.  If this is the case, we work as a team to find a solution. We then incorporate any new vendors you select, into our Purchasing and Project Management systems.

6. Occasionally, our homeowners have contacts, which allows them to receive better pricing than Stone Aspen could otherwise obtain.  If this is the case and the Trade Partner will uphold our service and craftsmanship standards, we would like to use them.

7. You have a builder that has nothing to hide.
