The initial focus on capturing our homeowners' vision begins with the design team.  The team looks at issues of: home site topography, construction feasibility, value engineering, market conditions, local conditions, cost estimates, scheduling, and purchasing.

Pre-construction services:

1. Open and clear communication

2. Discussions regarding your financial expectations, lifestyle requirements and architectural preferences

3. Home site selection assistance and/or representation

4. Selection of a design team comprised of some of the areas most respected architects, designers, and engineers

5. Realistic initial cost estimates

6. Plan review and value engineering

7. Comprehensive scheduling for all activities prior to construction

8. Work with Lender to insure policy and procedures will be followed

9. Permit submittal

10. Pre-qualify trade partners and vendors

11. Obtain competitive pricing and create a final working estimate
