From concept to completion, Stone Aspen provides ongoing leadership.  Although we don’t hand pick the architect, designer or engineer, we use our craftspeople and modified delivery system to insure the home is a success.

Unlike traditional design-build firms that are comprised of the same architect, designer, engineer and home builder on every project, Stone Aspen takes a different approach.  Our teams are “built” around our clients’ vision.

We created our design-build delivery system to truly capture the inspiration behind our clients’ vision.  From concept to completion, Stone Aspen provides ongoing leadership to a team comprised of some of the area’s most respected architects, designers and engineers — whose backgrounds best correspond with the specific requirements and scope of the vision.  We provide the design team with a check-and-balance system that helps the team focus on the budget, while achieving a higher level of detail.
