OUR STORY
Stone Aspen's roots in Colorado homebuilding reach back to 1978.
David Putnam began building homes in Colorado in 1978, establishing a reputation for integrity, skilled craftsmanship, and personal service. Brian Putnam entered the residential construction industry in 2001, building on that foundation while developing his own passion for thoughtful planning, owner-led service, and lasting relationships.
In 2006, David and Brian founded Stone Aspen as a father-and-son business with a shared vision: to build exceptional custom homes through personal involvement, careful planning, and an unwavering commitment to their homeowners.
Today, Brian leads Stone Aspen and works directly with every homeowner from the first conversation through the completion of construction. David remains available as a trusted senior advisor, offering the perspective that comes from nearly five decades of Colorado homebuilding experience whenever it's needed.
Behind the scenes, Pam Putnam oversees the company's office operations, helping ensure every project is supported with organization, communication, and attention to detail.
