Stone Aspen is based in Castle Rock, Colorado, and builds custom homes, detached living spaces, and accessory dwelling units (ADUs) throughout Douglas County, South Denver, and select surrounding Front Range communities.
Our primary service area includes Castle Rock, Parker, Franktown, Sedalia, Larkspur, Elizabeth, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Centennial, Littleton, Greenwood Village, Cherry Hills Village, Columbine Valley, and Monument. We also build custom homes in Elizabeth and select areas of Elbert County.
From established neighborhoods and private estates to wooded homesites and expansive Colorado acreage, the communities we serve offer a wide range of opportunities for custom homebuilding. Each property is different, and our experience throughout the region allows us to thoughtfully approach the land, architecture, infrastructure, and local requirements that shape every custom home.
