OUR CUSTOM HOME PROCESS

Thoughtful Planning. Clear Communication.
A Better Building Experience.

Building a custom home is a significant undertaking. Our role is to make the process understandable, organized, and personal from the first conversation through the day we hand you the keys.

At Stone Aspen, thoughtful planning happens before construction begins—so decisions are made intentionally, expectations are clear, and your home is built around the way you want to live.

Listen & Learn

Every project starts with listening. Before we talk timelines or budgets, we want to understand your family's vision, walk your property if possible, and answer any questions you have about how we build.

Once we understand your site, your design goals, and the investment you're working toward, we put together a clear plan and a detailed proposal — so you know exactly what to expect before moving forward.

Home Site Selection

Still need a home site ? Brian is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker as well as a builder — a combination that lets him evaluate a property's building potential, not just its curb appeal. That means help finding, negotiating, and acquiring a parcel with an eye toward what it will actually take to build on it.

Planning & Design Development

Whether you bring your own architect or work with our design team, we approach this stage the same way: aligning your vision with what's realistic for your site and your investment. We consult on cost and feasibility as plans take shape, so decisions are made with clear information — not surprises later. From there, architectural plans are finalized and materials are selected.
